- Cleanse: Wash your forehead area and make sure the skin is completely dry.
- Exfoliate (optional): Apply our 2% salicylic acid exfoliant to help loosen buildup inside pores.
- Apply: Place the patch over the treatment area and press gently to smooth out any air bubbles.
- Remove: Leave on for 6 to 8 hours, then peel away slowly.
